How do I perform a search similar to Outlook Express ie: Find Next instead of Find All

J

Junnnno

Hello,

In Outlook Express, I can just hit the Find button, enter text and it would
find the first instance of the message with the text and open the e-mail.

Not so in Outlook 2003 - I am forced to do a "Find All" and it takes much
longer when I just need a message I just sent.

My question is - is there a "find next" feature in outlook? If not, is any
any hack to enable it?

Also, is there any way to tell Outlook Newsreader to store its sent items in
Outlook's Sent Items instead of OE's Sent Items, now that I switched over to
Outlook 2003?

Thanks.

Not that I know of and no.

For the Find feature, I find that using Search Folders works better and instantly.

click the find button in the tools bar and you can just type in the field
when you need to search.

the only way to save news posts to outlook is by using an IMAP account and
configuring it in OE as the default email account.
