How do I Re-Download my Previously Downloaded Mails?

I accidently deleted the mails of the Inbox, which Outlook (2003) downloaded
previously. Now when try to synchronize Outlook does not download the
previously downloaded emails.

My question is that, how can I download these previously downloaded mails
agains, esp. for one perticular account.

Please help.

Not if you are on POP and have NOT told Outlook to leave a copy on the
server. They are gone, I'm afraid.

Thanks for the reply Gordon, I have configured the Outlook to download my
GMail account emails through POP, and yes I have the "Leave a copy on Server"
enabled.

But the problem is that I, wish to redownload my entire mailbox, all the
mails which I had download earlier.

Could you help me on that.

The easiest answer as to how to do that is to create a second outlook
Profile (Control Panel-Mail) and download them to that.
