How do I reduce the size of an existing project

I have produced a project page that I would like to reduce from full page A4
to a quarter of a page. I have tried changing page size, but it just prints
part of the project. Is there a way to reduce the size of a publication that
is already made?
Thanks

Your printer may have this capability. PDF converters can reduce as well.
Otherwise setup your page as an A8, (I have no idea if this is the right page
size but my chart says it is 53 X 74) copy/paste and resize. You can use the
Auto Fit Text in the Format menu.

I have no clue how the stock is measured. I used simple math, 210 divided by
4... But of course that was wrong, you are correct.

The width becomes the length of the next lower size. Guess it's scaled
by area, not length.
Simply fold it in half on the long side, twice.

Indeed, the area halves/doubles with each size.

The old short edge becoming the new long edge is one way to look at it.
Another way is saying that both dimensions divide/multiply by the square
root of 2 (1.414ish)
