How do I restore Favorite folder in Outlook

I'm using Outlook 2007 and for some reason my Favorite folder disappeared.
Is there a way to restore it?

Favorite Folders does not show as one of the choices, only Normal, Collapsed,
Off, and Show Views in Navigation Pane.
