I have stored entries in tasks, contacts and calendar folders of MS Outlook
since 2003 for records and future follow-up. To my horror a few days back I
found that the entries have been totally erased and all my attempts to
retrieve entries including 'system restore' proved futile. Tell me how to 1)
retrieve the lost data and 2) avoid such unauthorised erasures in future?
