How do I save change saved jpeg resolution to 300dpi?

In Publisher, when I save my pages as jpgs, they always come out to 150 dpi.
How do I change the resolution to commercial print 300 dpi?

=============================
On the "Save As" screen when you
choose JPEG...do you see a "Change"
button appear? Click it and choose
your resolution.

There's no change button. Is this
a Publisher 2002 or 2003 option?

It's in 2003 and 2007...I don't
recall 2002 having it.

Publisher 2002 didn't, but then it didn't save at 150dpi, either. Only
