Do you mean your personal folder and contacts?
Do a search for *.pst and *.pab and put them in a emial folder somehwere.
When you reinstall go to tools\options\mail set up. To add your contacts go
to the e-mail accounts button and click add a new directory or address book.
And point it to where you saved your .pab file. Then for your personal
folder go back to the mail setup tab and click the data files button and hit
add. Then pint it to where you saved your .pst file.
You could also Archive your email. Just check the outlook help for better
details on that.
