How do I save the size of the "New Message" window?

I just installed Office 2003 on my new computer. Whenever I send a new mail
message, the window that displays is full-screen and I always have to resize
it. Outlook saves the new window size information only during a current
Outlook session. Each time I open Outlook and send a message, I have to
resize the window. I didn't have to do this on my old computer.

Does anyone have any ideas about how I can permanently save this setting so
that I don't have to keep resizing the window???
