How do I stop a copy of my emails from being saved to my inbox af.

My issue is when I send an email to an individual or group I get a copy of
the email sent to my inbox. I've checked every setting I can think of,
changed and tested different settings and nothing seems to help.

Does anyone have a resolution for my issue?
