in 2003 all I had to do is high-light all of the text file and then select
change to "title case" and it would change all of the names that were in
caps. to only the first letter of their name to caps. and the rest of their
name would be lower case.

Hi Glenn,

The Word 2003 shortcut keys also work in Word 2007. The shortcut key for
cycling through the three types of capitalization is Shift+F3. Just highlight
your text and press Shift+F3 until you have the type of capitalization that
you want.
