How do you format clip art to wrap around text in a text box

I am trying to add a clip art picture into a text box which already contains
text. I cannot seem to put it so that the text wraps around the picture (the
picture is just sitting ontop of the text) - can anyone help?

Thank you Don. I must be doing something wrong through as I can't seem to be
able to do what you have said.
