How do you set Line spacing in Contacts, comments box?

How do we set it so that text will ALWAYS stay formatted in Single Line
Spacing?

The Outlook 2003, Contacts, comments box is the place where we can type in
any free form information. We use this to note details of phonecalls with
customers.

For some reason though we type in the text in single line spacing. Sometimes
the spacing hops into double line spacing!! and we just can not set it back
to single line spacing. No where do date can I find any answer to this.
Please help!

If the spacing changes, it's probably because you pasted text from a source
that had a different paragraph spacing, e.g. Word. Since the Outlook editor
doesn't have a way to set paragraph spacing, you may want to take care that
the pasted text has the desired spacing. You should also be able to cut and
paste to a blank Word document, fix the spacing there, then copy back to
your item.

Thanks Sue, yes we have figured out this way of fixing it. But somehow, for
no apparent reason, the spacing can go askew, and 'jump' to double spacing,in
the shared public contacts folder, which has 5,000 contacts.

It would very useful if in Outlook paragraph, line spacing was selectable!
Furthermore it would useful to be able to set your style for all contact
text, as one does for word, excel etc.

Will keep my eye on the posts here to see is any solutions are forthcomming.
Pekka
