How print and collate more than one multi-page document?

I have a 22-page document printed on both sides (duplex), and 100 copies are
needed. When I try to print more than one copy, the printer will not collate
the document, forcing me to manually collate. How do I change the settings
to have the printer also do the collation? Any way to do this using
Publisher 2003?? Thanks!!!

Have you looked at all the available check-boxes?
Printer driver up to date?

I don't remember P2003 (& the computer with it is buried under unfiled
papers :)) but 2007 has a "collate" checkbox that's in the
printer-command-box but greyed out until you specify to print more than one
copy. So does Acrobat, I don't know about Reader.

I don't do multi-copies often but I know I have done it for some MSO doc at
some point in 2003 &/or 2007 versions.
