How to be notified when messages are received - Outlook 2002

I would like an audible notification when I receive new messages in my inbox.
I am using Outlook 2002 and there is not an e-mail option under the tool bar
Options menu.

So you have no Tools-Options-Preferences-Email options-Advanced Email
Options ?
