How to change a block of text from Caps to Lower Case

It's dead easy to change a block of text from Lower Case to Caps - we all
know how to do that.
But if you have a block of text all in Caps - how does one change it to
Lower case. There just doesn't seem to be a way. Small Caps is not the
answer - I want Lower case only. Anyone out there got an answer?

Thanks Lavenya - you're a hand. Interesting that searching Microsoft Word
Help doesn't bring anything like this up

Hi John,

Here is something more handy and interesting. To print a list of all the
shortcuts in Word,
Select Tools|Macro|Macros from the menu bar.
From the Macros In drop-down menu, select Word Commands.
Select ListCommands from the macro listing.
Click the Run button.
Choose Current Menu and Keyboard Settings from the popup window and click OK.
Word will automatically open a new document containing a table of
keystrokes. Print the document.

Lavanya.

Hi Lavenya,
Hey - that's really great. How do you find all this stuff.
Many thanks.

Well, i was working as instructional designer and while writing chapters on
MS applications, we had to give few additional information that are handy
with each chapter. So we did a lot of RnD and the result is what u see.
