How to convert the document to Simplified Chinese?

I can't convert Tranditional Chinese to Simplified Chinese. It shows "Word
is unable to proceed. More than one file necessay to do TC/SC translation is
missing."

Can anyone tell me what happen? Thank you very much.

I am using notebook with Windows Vista and Office 2007.
