How to create a master schedule + import individual schedules?

I am trying to create a master schedule that includes all individual
schedules within my office

Janathan,
First open a new blank file and enter tasks that are part of the master
itself. Then go to Insert/Project. When the Insert Project Window opens,
select all the individual projects you want to include and hit "Insert".
What you will end up with is a dynamically consolidated master file
(i.e. linked master). Just be aware that the inserted subprojects are
not actually part of the master, rather, the master contains its own
tasks (if any) and pointers to the actual individual files. That is why
you see the Task ID renumber from "1" for each subproject.
