How to export Outlook distribution list

Hi,

I want to export list of emails which are contained into distribution
list :

ex:
List 1
- (e-mail address removed)
- (e-mail address removed)
- (e-mail address removed)
- Liste 1.1

List 1.1
- (e-mail address removed)
- (e-mail address removed)
- (e-mail address removed)


I would like to obtain a csv file like :

LISTENAME CONTENT
List1 (e-mail address removed)
List1 (e-mail address removed)
List1 (e-mail address removed)
List1 List 1.1
List 1.1 (e-mail address removed)
List 1.1 (e-mail address removed)
List 1.1 (e-mail address removed)
