how to locally download hotmail inbox mails thru outlook ? am unable to do
so. have been doing it for years thru outlook express & even outlook. present
os is windows vista hpme premium office ver is 2007. appreciate a speedy
answer.

Outlook 2007 should be able to access Hotmail if prior versions of Outlook
could. Configure the Hotmail account in Outlook the same way you configured
it before. Alternatively, download and install the Outlook Connector:
