How to make a FORM jump up SMALLER ?

I create a small form ( small means the content of the form should only
takes up only a little place)

However, every time this form is opened, it jump up appears very large (the
result is: a lot of places is not containing anything). I don't know how to
make it opening smaller.

Open the form in normal form view, and select, from the "Window" menu, "Size
to Fit Form", then save before closing the form.
