how to make my home page microsoft outlook

I have yahoo now for my home page and want outlook. I go to tools and try
different things but to no avail. Can you show me how to do this if it can
be done?

Yahoo is a *WEB* based email, Outlook is a *POP3* *MAPI* enabled email
Client and NOT a web site. You can't set your HOMEPAGE as Outlook.
