How to move folders from old to new computer?

I just bought a new computer and when I started outlook, I could only see
brand new messages. I want to transfer my folders (where I have saved
messages) from my old to new computer but can't seem to figure out how. Can
someone help? Thanks!

search your old hard drive for a .pst file...you may need to enable "show
hidden files and folders." That is where your old emails/contacts/tasks/etc
will be. However the new emails you have are on the new .pst file on the new
hard drive.
