How to print 4 page design on 4.5" x 5.5" top fold cards

I have designed a 4 sheet (front, middle 1, middle 2, and back) as an
invitation. This is set up as a 4.25"x 5.5" top fold card. How do I set up
Publisher and HP 7280 All-in-one printer to print on card stock. I expect to
use two side printing, but Publisher does not have print set up for these
standard size cards.

Thank you Don for a detailed posting! I still have a problem because my card
stock is 4.25" x 5.5" top folded, so when I unflold the cards it is 5.5" x
8.5" or 11" x 4.5". Either way I can not see how to set up printing within
Publisher to get card sides on existing stock. The design has front sign 1
with text and photos, the side 2 (inside upper when card unfolded) and side 3
(inside lower) and side 4 back all have text. I want just a single fold.
Publisher has setup for 8.5 x11 as you described, but not for a top folded
card as I have, however, Publisher does support this card in design. Maybe I
have tunnel vision in considering this problem, but I can not see how
Publisher allows me to set up a print source as 5.5' x 8.5" or 4.25" x 11",
single fold. You mentioned this can be done, but your example was for 8.5" x
11". Could you take the time to go step by step as you have to set print
source for this situation. Again, thanks for your time and interest
