how to remove duplicate email in outlook 2007?

I keep getting the same messages over and over....
Using windows vista... while the PC is running all seems to be working, even
when closing Outlook and resarting it..
Shutting down the PC and resarting... that's when the issues come in...
I get all the messages all over again...
Note l always keep a copy on the server....
No issues with windows mail, or live Mail....
This is affecting only Outlook 2007...
Any one know the fix....

If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.
