how to track the movement of history, and work done on that email

i want an answer to the above question, i want to know, that how come we will
now whether or not any particular email has been taken action on it or not.
Also, how we will come to know the movement of the email from one folder to
another folder

You cannot track the moving of an email. Why would you want that?
As for follow up; you can mark a message for follow up and it will be
flagged. Click the flag again and it will turn into a check which means that
the task has been completed.
