How to tracking Resources?

Hello,

As we know, we can assign resources like labour, material, etc to our task when we planing. Think that my project is started. I can enter i finished 25% of a task. But my problem is, how I can enter this much of resources have used upto now. From this I can handle my recorces well. Please help me if you know. Is there any add on??? It is very important to me as an project manager to review status of my budjet and resources.
