I am seeing a lot of this as well just happened

I copied these over just for some information.

This past weekend we patched a bunch of servers with the latest August
Windows 2003 Hotfixes. We also added some Office Patches.

We are Windows 2003 SP1, Exchange 2003 SP2, Office 2003 SP2

We suddenly over the weekend after the patching started receiving 100's
of old read receipts some from over 3 years ago.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

A user on my network is receiving a old read receipt from the year 2003

every minute in there inbox.

How do you stop a user from receiving an old read receipt?

What version of Outlook are you using? What kind of mail server? Is
the
read receipt from an internal user or an external user?
