I cannot connect to the server

I had no problem until now. I cannot connect to the optonline server suddenly!
Nothing has changed on my computer!
I deleted the account and recreated it but to no avail.

How do you know it's not a server problem?

I know I don't have a problem with the server because I have another
networked computer on which outlook works fine.
