I have 3 email accounts on Outlook, can I select which of the accounts a
reply or forward is sent from and if so how do I do this?

Click the Accounts button when composing the message. Don't have one? See
if there is a down-arrow next to the word Send. Don't have that? State
your Outlook version next time so people don't have to try and read your
mind.
