I've double checked my Outlook settings... they're set to "request a
delivery receipt" but for some reason I no longer get receipts. This
"request" of course is not like the "read request" which gives the option to
the recipient, this one is an automatic.
Even on mail sent to my other addresses, I don't get a delivery receipt as
the sender, and I'm not asked to allow a receipt as the recipient (which I
shouldn't be).
By the way... the "read request/receipt" function works properly.
My hosting company claims they've haven't made any changes. Has Microsoft?
