import excel to outlook

i have a problem when import data from Excel 2007 ( but i saved the
file as Excel 97-2003 type ) to Outlook Tasks.
First of all, Outlook asked me to name the ranges of data i wanted to
export in Excel. Then after I tried to import,Outlook ( or Excel i am
not sure?) automatically changed my first value to F1. This happens
if i select to import 1 column, if 2 want to import 2 columns, my 1st
value of 2nd column is changed to F2 ???? not sure why and dont know
if anyone run into this problem?

So, did you name the range?

Those are the default name ranges. You didn't properly name the range you
wish to import.
