importing addressbook?

Hello,

I have got a complete databases with addresses in MS Access.
I would like to import this data in my Outlook2000 addressbook.
Is there a possibility to do this? Should I rename the fields and how?
Can I convert it somehow?

In Outlook click File>Import and Export. Select "Import from another
program or file" and click Next. Select Microsoft Access. Click Next.
Follow the prompts.
