Importing e-mail data from Eudora 7.1 to Outlook 2003

I need to transfer all the e-mails and addresses that I have in Eduora 7.1 to
outlook 2003.
I try to do it with the option that Outlook has in the Import ..Export
option, selecting from Eudora (Pro Light) 2.x, 3.x, 4.x , it gives me the
following error message:

Import Error --- The mail folder could not be opened. If another application
is using this file, please close it and try again.


Eduora is closed, I do not what file that is.

What should I do ?
