Importing from MSAccess

I am running against a deadline with this and hope someone
can help. Using MSAccess 2000, I created a query to
provide certain client email addresses. I want to import
this into MSOutlook (not Outlook Express) to do bulk
emailing --- and cannot get it to work. From what I am
reading it can be done.

I can easily import the entire database but that gives me
all of the email addresses, not only the ones run through
the query.
