When I send a message in Outlook email, most times the screen fades, the
little "circle" that acts like a timer and shows the computer is "thinking"
goes on and the screen fades and a message comes on the very top of the
outlook screen that says NOT RESPONDING...it stays faded, then thinks about
it, and then it will send, but it is very slow...HELP!!!
