Inbox > Create new folder

version: MS Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6735) SP3

Hello group,
when I create a new folder in the inbox, Outlook makes it everytime
with the same set of datas in view

1.importance
2. icon
3. flag
4. processing mark
5. mark for attachment
6. from
7. subject
8. received
9. size of message.

And everytime I must delete by hand items I don't want to be in view
and add items that should be there (i.e. "to"). HOW TO FORCE OUTLOOK
TO DO IT AUTOMATICALLY WHEN CREATING A NEW FOLDER?
