include a watermark on busines cards and labels?

How can I add a watermark to Business card and label sheets? 'Help' only
tells how to add one to a whole doc i.e once on a A4 page rather than 30
times on a sheet of address labels?

The process is the same with business cards or labels. Publisher treats an
individual label as a full page, follow the instructions you read in help.
