incoming e-mail

I am having a real problem that is disrupting my business. I know this
sounds weird but....I have two customers, that sometimes I get their e-mails
and sometimes I don't. I checked my junk e-mail filter which is set to low.
I have them in the safe senders file. Why is it doing this?

The problem could very well be on their end. Do they ever get any
non-delivery reports?

No, they think the e-mail went thru.
There's no good way to troubleshoot this, since you can't test non-data. Is
your account an Exchnage account or another type? If the latter and your
ISP has a web interface, do you see their messages that way? ONe thing you
can try is to set up another mail address, such as a Yahoo, Hotmail, or
gmail address and have them send every message not only to your primary
address, but also to that second address as well. If you receive the
message on the second address but not the first, then the problem is more
likely to lie on your end, but if neither address receives it, the problem
is more likely on their end or somewhere between their ISP and yours.
