incorrect cached e-mail addresses

Why isn't it easy to remove an incorrectly cached e-mail address from Outlook?
This is fairly simple stuff. (Without buying the touted third party software
for $24.99) Any one have any ideas...besides waiting on Microsoft to fix it?

It is easy: Use the up and down arrow keys to select the address when it appears during the autosuggest process, then press Delete.
