Insert a digital signature into a letter template

I need to insert a digital signature into a letter template. I have the
signature saved in jpg but when I try to insert it into the document it does
not resize with the page. When I try to shrink the signature, it cuts part
of the signature off. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds as though you're talking about a letter in Word. If that's the case,
you'd be better off asking this in a newsgroup that's related to Word.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.

No, it definitely is Access. In design view, we have inserted a text box
where we have typed the body of the letter and we are just trying to insert a
digital signature.

Well, this is a first. I figured out the answer to my own question. In the
properties format, I just changed the alignment to "Stretch" and this worked.
