insert logo in personal information set

I am trying to insert my organisation logo in the primary business profile in
the Personal Information set. In the personal information window the space
holder for logo is blak and I do not know how to insert the logo. When I was
originally setting up Publisher I did not put in a logo. Can anyone help:
