Inserting Clipart

J

Joe R

Just installed Publisher98 (custom, installing all
clipart on pc) on Dell running XP-Home with MS Picture
It! Photo 2002. Whenever I use wizard to create banner,
e.g., & click graphic to replace it from clipart gallery,
I get msg asking for Picture It! CD, & end up in dialog
box loop until the app freezes & I get kicked out.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Could be your Gallery is corrupt or wasn't properly installed.

I assume PictureIt! has taken over some of the files Publisher originally installed.

I'll check it out. Thanx

Re Picture It, It was installed first, & I've had no problem inserting clipart pictures into Word (2002).

Re MS KB Article 262871
When I double click artgalry.exe, I get caught in the same MS Picture It! dialog box loop as when I originally tried to insert a clipart picture in Publisher
