inserting separting page in a report

We have a long distance charge report that is generating from information
linked to our phone switch. We would like to create a report by user that
has a title page separting each individuals records. The title page needs
the username and total cost included.

The way this works:
We generate a report with details and total charges. The user reviews and
reimburses the company for any personal calls. The title sheet with the
payment are to be returned to the business office.

What about inserting a subreport, as the title page, and putting page breaks
after the subreport, and the detail section of the primary report?
