Installing Oulook onto a second PC at home

I'd like to install MS Outlook 2003 on a second computer (my laptop) at home.
But my laptop isn't connected to the internet yet. Is it correct that I can
install Outlook on a 2nd PC but it needs to be activated via the web?

What files do I need to copy over from the first PC to my laptop to have all
my e-mails, calendar etc? Is it one or more .pst files or some others?
