interface not supported Error

I have 2 computers getting "interface not supported" errors in Outlook at
various times. I am running Exchange 2K3 and the Outlook clients are 2002 &
2003. I have tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling but no luck. I
am not sure what the problem is and I don't know where to go to fix it. Does
any know what this means or how to correct.
