Is there a way to create 2 separate address books (contact lists).

Dear Jane;


you can create an additional contact folder. Click on your "Outlook
Today"/right mouseclick/New Folder.

The "type" of the folder must be "contact". Give this additional folder ta
name like "Business contacts" or any other name.

Click on this additional contact folder, right mouseclick/properties/Outlook
Addressbook and activate the flag for "Use this folder as Outlook
Addressbook". All contacts in this additional contact folder are now also
available if you click on the "To" button, if you want to send an email.
