issues with embedded objects converting to PDF

Hello, I have tried a couple different methods to convert pub files to .pdf
via PostScript/Distiller and Print directly to PrimoPDF. In each instance
the embedded Excel charts print with odd and random bolding or distortion.
To fix the problem I need to go through the document and double click each
graph so that it will pdf correctly. Is there any way to avoid this?
