'Itsctn31.ocx'

W

Work

We are getting a "your Microsoft Office Access database or project contains a
missing of broker reference to the file 'Itsctn31.ocx' version 1.1"

We only get this on one computer. The others do not get the same message.
Started after converting from Access97 to Access2003.

Thanks

As far as I know, that file isn't even from Microsoft. much less part of
Access. That implies to me that it's a 3rd party control that your
application is using.

Check where that file is located on a machine where the application works,
then check whether or not it exists on the machine where the application
doesn't work.

If it doesn't, copy it over, then use regsvr32.exe to register it. Try
registering it again if it already existed on the machine where the
application doesn't work.

NOTE: It's possible that simply copying the ocx file might not work. There
might be other files on which that control is dependent. See whether you can
find a file Itsctn31.dep that would indicate dependencies. You might also
check around to see whether you got any documentation about the control when
you purchased it.
