large box for cursor in OL 2003

I am using a work computer that someone had before me. Whenever I am in a
contact folder w/in a field or in a field in IE 7, instead of my cursor being
a thin blinking vertical line, it is actually a rather large black box. I
have gone into the control panel under mouse properties, and changed the
settings to all of the Windows XP default settings, but I still have this big
box for a cursor.

Yes, the "Insert" key toggles that setting.

If you're seeing the same behavior in IE7 as in Outlook 2003 it's likely not
an Outlook issue...more likely a Windows issue. You might want to repost
your question in a Windows forum if you don't get a solution here.
