Launching Office Outlook 2003 Error

I am unable to launch Microsoft Office Outlook. When I try, the following
error message dialog box is opened:
"Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened.
The set of folders could not be opened."
What can I do to correct this problem.

Check out your mail profile properties in control panel, mail. Do you see
personal folders files entries that point to files that don't exist in your
computer?
